This agreement is between Asset Manager (bilgeborsa.com) and any user who registers on the platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to comply with these terms.
Asset Manager is a digital asset tracking platform that allows users to record and organize personal assets including but not limited to:
The platform is intended for **tracking and organization purposes only** and does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Asset Manager may offer optional paid membership plans that provide additional features.
Payments are processed by external providers. Asset Manager does not store payment credentials.
All membership payments are non-refundable.
Users are responsible for selecting the correct blockchain network and wallet address.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Asset Manager is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect network selection, wallet address errors, exchange failures, or user mistakes.
Some payments may require manual verification and submission of transaction proof.
Cryptocurrency or bank transfers may require additional processing time. In such cases an extra bonus period of up to five (5) days may be added.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or termination.
Membership pricing may change in the future but will not affect already active subscriptions.
Due to the digital nature of the service, all purchases are final.
If a technical payment error occurs (duplicate charge etc.), users should contact support.
The platform may include AI-generated responses or analysis tools.
Due to their nature, AI outputs are technically generated automatically and may contain errors. Users should not rely on AI responses as professional financial or investment advice.
By using AI features, users acknowledge these limitations.
When sending cryptocurrency payments:

Payments sent to incorrect addresses or networks cannot be recovered.
Users may delete their account at any time. Asset Manager may suspend accounts that violate the terms.
All software, code, design and content belong to bilgeborsa.com. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.
The platform is provided "as is". Asset Manager is not responsible for financial losses, investment outcomes, or decisions made based on platform information.
